1 can organic coconut milk
1/3 cup organic cocoa
4-5 Tablespoons organic maple syrup
1 and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
- Add all 3 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste for sweetness. If its bitter, add more maple syrup until it is to your liking.
- Fill your molds. I poured it from the blender to a piping bag so it was easier to add to the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To remove from mold, run under warm water for 3-5 seconds.
