Tofu Chicken Nuggets

These light and crispy tofu chicken nuggets are packed with protein, ready in 30 minutes, taste delicious, and are perfect for dipping! They're also great as a chicken substitute in your favorite dish.

Tear the tofu into nugget-sized chunks. You can make finger-food-size nuggets or smaller-sized popcorn chicken nuggets.

Step 1:

Place the tofu into a bowl. Pour the marinade over the top of the tofu.

Step 2:

Use a rubber spatula to toss the tofu with the marinade to coat.

Step 3:

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour breading. Roll each tofu piece around in the flour breading until coated then place on a plate.

Step 4:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray a light coating of oil across the paper.

Step 5:

Transfer the nuggets to the baking sheet and spray each one with oil.

Step 6:

Be sure to generously coat each nugget in oil so they crisp up during baking.

Step 7:

Bake the tofu chicken nuggets at 425ºF for 12-18 minutes.

Step 8:
