This vegan zucchini bread bakes up fluffy and moist every time. It’s easy to make and the batter comes together in about 15 minutes.
Mix the oil and sugars together.
Mix in the remaining wet ingredients.
Add the grated zucchini.
Mix it in.
Add in the dry ingredients.
Gently fold everything together.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
Allow the bread to fully cool.
